Product overview Powder polycarboxylate superplasticiser (PCE) based on grafted copolymers. Compared with traditional naphthalene-based products it works at a lower dosage with better water reduction. Main uses Self-levelling compounds, grouts, non-shrink grouts, highly flowable rendering and repair mortars, and gypsum-based self-levelling systems. What it solves - Flow: smoother spreading and flatter surfaces in self-levelling mortars - Mixing water: less water needed for the same flow - Early strength: shorter curing and opening times - Durability: low alkali and low chloride content Choosing a grade Dosage needs to be established by formulation trials; start with a small laboratory batch. We can help you adjust dosage and mix design.

  1. 01Typical dosage is 0.1%-0.5% by weight of the binder (cement and other cementitious materials), depending on the system.
  2. 02The optimum dosage must be established by a small trial batch, because it depends on the binder system, aggregate grading and the other admixtures used.
  3. 03In dry-mix production, pre-blend the powder homogeneously with cement, sand and the other dry additives before water is added, so that it disperses evenly.
  4. 04When the cement source or the admixture combination changes, re-check flow, setting and strength in a new trial batch before running production.
